Here in Title Tag Rewriter we don’t need to change anything, If you want to customize or  edit the rewriting formats, so we can do it using the textboxes there is also an option to override the tag of an individual post, page, category, tags by using the “Title Tag” textbox that Title Tag Rewriter adds to the post/page editors as you can see below.

Here you can easily chose preferable Url which you want your visitors to visit, you can also make redirection of non-existing page, here you can generate meta tags and Canonical URL Scheme, Automated 301 Redirects by clicking check box, this is inside Miscellaneous option at your left side see screenshot below.
